I’ve decided in light of recent problems that I am going to change a few things.
FIRST AND FOREMOST
This site is to share music, as a poster on here said, if you really like the music you will buy it regardless of what I say. I will hold to that. I will not take these down, but I will make concessions for the artists’ rights (if applicable). I believe a site like this and the sites that inspired me are great and I will not stand for them being criticized. We are not selling this music or charging money for it. If you cannot accept this, then refrain from using sites like this.
1. Requests: you can request different things (now only Asian based music, if you please). But, as I may not have it, I might direct you to other sites, but if you absolutely can’t find it, I will check my sources, check the front page on the lower right side for my blogroll, you will find nearly all my sources there.
2. Updates: I will try and update once a week from now on. I am working on a lot of stuff for school, so I want to de-stress a little bit.
3. Passwords: I am implementing a password on certain pages here, currently only Hikaru Utada will be under password (for now) REMOVED. Don’t post here requesting the password, email me here (no spam or hate mail!): dmriojasblog@gmail.com.
4. Dead/Corrupted Links: As I have become quite annoyed at uploading and reuploading files because it won’t work, I ask that you try it on a different computer (if available) to see if it corrupts there as well. Please be sure! But if it is a legitimate dead link, please email me: dmriojasblog@gmail.com or post that page which album/single/song/video it is.
5. Future Plans: I am planning to go for a semester in China starting this September and I will from then until (probably) February be unable to update or maintain this site. I will keep it updated and usable until September. However, more about that as I come closer to that point.

Well, i read it all and i don’t think the password thing will help much, because much of the users won’t send you an e-mail requesting the password because it supposedly gives them to much “work” ^^””

But if it is a filosofy of work you want to follow and that seems to improve the management of the blog, go for it

Yes, i think you should try it anyway. =) Without trying is difficult to tell it works well or not. BTW, Nao is right, what’s important is if it make your life easier =)
In my blog occasionally i receive e-mails requesting the missing albums and singles, but i think that with a statistic of 50 visitors a day, there should be more requests -.-” oh well, that’s life, i don’t have time to be uploading stuff all the time… the same happens to you.

oh have fun in china when you do go, isn’t it fun to go to other countries, i’ll be spending my summer break in taiwan, and everytime i go, i learn more about asian music from watching mtv chinese ^^

Hey dmriojas,
I basically keep an archive of your uploads (mostly the C/J music) and I was wondering where you source your albums, if there’s any main place ie rapidshare/torrent/etc. If you’re interested at all, I could help with requests/reups and the such (actually gosh I’ve been a long time lurker and I don’t even have an account).
Anyways, have fun in China. Have fun and improve your cantonese/mandarin whichever.

Howdy! I’d just like to say thanks for the music…when I become rich, I’ll buy all my favourite artist cds.
In the meantime, I MUST STUDY…and find a job I love. Jobs keep people off the streets 
But yeah, ave a safe trip in China! And omg! If you’re leaving in August, will you be seeing the Opening Ceremony in Beijing? (IF you’ll be there lol)

hey np! And amen to the rich comment. However, there are options to getting cheap asian music, but actually being legal.
I will be going in August, but unfortunately I won’t be there until after it start. But it would be amazing if I could go and see it! But being in Beijing at all will be huge to me! hehe. Thanks so much

I decided to put a password on the Hikki section because there was a lot of arguing over what I should upload or not upload there. I decided to keep things safe for a bit by keeping a password on it. I’m not trying to lock people out of it, but I do want to know who is browsing that section. ~D
